The Trainer :

Ms. Heide CHIU Lai-ha ( 招麗霞女士 )

Harmony House was established in 1985 as the first shelter in Hong Kong providing immediate refuge to battered women and their children. Presently, Heide Chiu is the Supervisor of the shelter with master degrees in Counselling and Educational Management. She has rich working experiences in residential settings, case counselling, therapeutic groups, educational workshops and liaison in the community level to advocate service provisions.


Ms. Nicole WU Ka-po (吳嘉寶女士)

Ms. Wu Ka Po is the Assistant Supervisor - Women Shelter of Harmony House in Hong Kong. Having obtained the Master of Counseling degree and Bachelor of Social Work, she has been serving the domestic violence victims for over six years. She is responsible for providing counseling service for the women and children in the shelter.

Mr. Wallace TSANG Wai-hung (曾偉洪先生)

Mr. Wallace Tsang is the Supervisor of Third Path Man Services and Crisis Intervention Team on Domestic Violence of Harmony House in Hong Kong. Having obtained the Master of Social Work degree, he has over twelve years of counseling experience in family, youth and mental health setting. He is experienced in conducting counseling on martial problems, child-care issue, mental health and domestic violence crisis intervention work. He is the accredited trainer of the courses of Batterer Intervention Program by Emerge, Boston. As a center-in-charge of a family service centre in the past several years, he is experienced in collaborating multi-disciplinary approach in combating domestic violence in the community.

Mr. Kenneth AU Chi-hang (區志恆先生)

Mr. Kenneth Au is currently the Assistant Supervisor - Third Path Man Services of Harmony House. Having obtained a degree in Social Work, he has been engaging in the service for family and community service. He is experienced in providing family supportive services to the deprived families, especially in the men supportive services. He is the accredited trainer of the courses of Batterer Intervention Program by Emerge, Boston. He is experienced in providing direct counseling services for the batterers and their family members.
