The Salon on “Long Term Social Welfare Planning” was held on 26 June in Duke of Windsor Social Service Building. About 30 members attended the Salon. The Guest Speakers, Dr. LAW Chi Kwong, Associate Professor of the Department of Social Work and Social Administration, University of Hong Kong, and Prof. CHAN Yuk Shee, Chairman of the Social Welfare Advisory Committee with the five members attended the Salon and briefly introduce the “Long Term Social Welfare Planning” and its Consultation Paper.  Several attended social workers had voiced out their concerns and queries zealously.
